Youth Triathlon Program
Triathlon is an excellent sport for all ages, that involves more than just swim, bike and run. You learn skills that provide fitness for life!
This program is geared toward youth under 16 years old to encourage participation in activity and an introduction to the sport of triathlon. Come join the fun! Learn new skills, challenge yourself and meet new, friends along the way! Skills Development Days: Saturday, Oct 26 10am - 12pm Sunday, Nov 17th 10am -12pm Bike and run foundational skills Monday, Dec 23 10am - 1:30pm Monday, Dec 30 10am - 1:30pm Swim 10-11:30am Lunch/learn 11:30-12pm Bike/Run/Transitions/Core 12-1:30pm Location: Etobicoke Olympium/Centennial Park *first session is free (must be TPW club member) **$25+HST for any subsequent session ***$50+HST for all 4 sessions Email Coach Brenda to register Read more about Coach Brenda here. Open Water Swim & Run

Get ready for your races with group open water swim sessions!
Each swim session includes:
15 min for drills and skills (including OW skills like sighting and drafting, starts)
Ability: Should be able to swim 100m in the pool
Fees: Free for TPW Club Members
