Adam Johnston is a triathlon/multisport/cycling coach at Tomenson Performance & Wellness.
Adam developed an interest in endurance sports while studying Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. Throughout his 20s, he competed in numerous triathlon, cycling and running events while developing his coaching skills. It didn't take long before he came to the humbling conclusion that he made a better coach than athlete, and is fond of living by the credo "Some do, and some coach". Adam has been personally coaching endurance athletes, of all levels, since 1999. |
