Testimonials:
“I started on the journey of self discovery that is endurance sports in 2010 and Coach Brenda has been by my side ever since. I had dreamed of doing an Ironman since the 90s and spontaneously signed up for my first full distance Ironman with only a passable ability to survive in water (let alone swim) and having never done even a sprint or try-a-tri triathlon. Once the sign up was complete, I knew securing a coach was my first step in the actual training process and I contacted Brenda... turns out it was one of the best decisions I ever made! It is a result of Brenda's guidance that my endurance sport career has included a Kona qualifier and multiple Boston marathons. Despite being injury prone, Brenda has always gotten me to that start line physically prepared but more importantly mentally knowing that I was ready (even if I hadn't run in over 2.5 months) and the day was now the celebration. As I now embark on the next decade and next chapter which probably includes more gravel riding and trail running, Brenda will continue to be the guiding force that keeps my physically and mentally top of my game. As I wrap this up, it is with deep gratitude that I thank Brenda for her continued role in my life and sporting career.” C. Schwalm
“When I signed up for my very first 70.3 Ironman, I had no idea how to train properly. Brenda tailored my training program so that I was always feeling challenged and successful. She is patient, open to questions and maintained regular contact to ensure I was on the right track. Through her coaching and continuous support, I was able to complete my first race with confidence and got totally hooked! Thank you Brenda for all your help and for getting me to the finishing line with a smile!” C. Woodstock
