Kate ElliottRun/Triathlon CoachKate Elliott is a coach at Tomenson Performance & Wellness. Kate has been competing in triathlon for 7 years, coaching for 3 years and is truly passionate about the sport. She has completed several half-ironman distance events, one Ironman and many of other shorter distance races. Kate is a regular on the podium at local races. She has also competed at Ironman 70.3 World Champs (2019) and is currently training for ITU World Sprint Distance Champs.
Kate has been coaching athletes for 3 years. She has completed her NCCP Community Coach training. In addition, she has worked a group leader and was on the board of directors at the Toronto Triathlon Club. She is an avid swimmer, who competed in the sport for several years and she has experience assisting Miranda at various clinics. Kate enjoys working with athletes who are new to endurance sports. She is able to help new athletes navigate the complexities of getting started and is able to help people fit in their training, while not sacrificing their work, family and personal life to do so. Kate works with runners training for any distance and beginner athletes looking to complete distances from Sprint to Half-Ironman. |

- Nutritional guidance for in-training and in-race nutritional needs provided (referral to HEAL for advanced nutritional guidance)

- 1-3x per week Training Peaks check in, analysis and feedback of your workouts
- Unlimited email communication
- Lactate testing available for additional $150+HST/test with Miranda or Adam
