BEFORE THE RIDE!
If you registered for the full program and are not a Coached athlete:
1. Open a TrainingPeaks account (FREE) at www.trainingpeaks.com using the email address you used to register or use your pre-existing TrainingPeaks account.
2. Wait for me to share the workouts with you via a Training Plan. Apply the training plan. Click here for tutorial.
3. Link TrainingPeaks to the platform you wish to use
*Zwift users can follow Miranda Tomenson on Zwift to be invited to the meet-up.
If you registered for a drop in at are not a Coached athlete:
1. 24 hours before the session, login to the TPW Program at www.trainingpeaks.com (Username: TPWtraining, Password: january) and download the workout to your computer. Save it in the appropriate file. DO NOT LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO THIS ACCOUNT.
RIDE MORNING!
1. Login to your training platform of choice and launch the zoom meeting. Tuesday (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85089229713) or Saturday (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82761286359)
2. If on Zwift, join a world and start riding. Wait for JOIN MEETUP button to appear. When it appears, click it to join the meet-up. Select MENU -> WORKOUTS -> CUSTOM or TRAININGPEAKS -> Select the workout for today.
If on another Platform, load the workout as you normally would to follow along.
