Single Sport Coaching Packages

All personalized coaching plans include:
  • TrainingPeaks account
  • Training plans delivered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis using online software provided by TrainingPeaks
  • Training sessions to include training for single sport + basic injury prevention plan
  • Each training session includes a detailed description of the workout and target paces and heart rate training zones (where applicable)​​​
  • Follow up analysis of workouts/races and feedback provided
  • Unlimited e-mail communication and up to one telephone meeting (if > 30min) per week if initiated by the athlete
  • Goal setting, season planning and race day strategy 
  • Performance testing included in the program every 2-4 months
  • Discounted rate for one-on-one coaching 
  • Special discounts on select products & services​​
