Sara Tomenson is a coach at Tomenson Performance & Wellness. Sara has been competing in triathlon for 7 years and is truly passionate about the sport. She has completed several half-ironman distance events and many of other shorter distance races throughout Ontario. Sara is a regular on the podium at local races. She hopes to complete her first Ironman at Mont Tremblant in 2019.
Sara has recently decided to begin coaching athletes. She has completed her NCCP Community Coach training. In addition, she is a registered early child hood educator (RECE) and has been teaching toddlers for the past 10? years. She is an avid swimmer, who competed in the sport for several years and she has experience assisting Miranda at various clinics.
Sara enjoys working with athletes who are new to endurance sports. She has a young family herself and is able to help people fit in their training, while not sacrificing their work, family and personal life to do so.
Sara will begin accepting athletes to coach, beginning in July of 2018. Sara works with beginner athletes looking to complete distances from Sprint to Half-Ironman. If you would like to be coached by Sara, contact her for more information.

- Triathlon Community Coach (National Coaching Certification Program, Canada)
- Bachelor of Arts (expected completion April, 2020)
- Personal experience competing in many of the triathlons offered in Ontario and Toronto-area running races
- Experience assisting and coaching in swim clinics
