Also...swimmers will leave 10s apart, will touch turn or flip turn under the rope (do not just use the rope to duck under because the person behind will likely catch up) and (if needed) you can rest near the non turning side of the lane.

Deck Access
- Access to level 1 will be via the stairwell by the North checkpoint (outside of CSIO).
- Athletes and coaches will not have access to any additional areas on Level 2 and are not to enter the doors to the main hallway.
- Athlete entry to the Competition Pool will be via a right turn at Level 1 out of the stairwell and a left turn at Doping Control/Studio 4, which leads to the double doors between the Competition and Dive Pools. Please continue to access the Pool Deck by using the doors between the Competition Pool and Dive Tank – even if your training is scheduled in the Training Pool, these doors are designated for club swimmer access.
- Transitions may occur where your team will follow another. With that, please use the deck bleachers as your staging area to ensure the pool is clear.
Changerooms
There will be no change room access. Swimmers are to arrive showered and product free. Swim bags to be left on deck bleachers. Deck washrooms will be open and available for individual athlete use.
Deck Bleachers
- Have your team arrive and be ready on the bleachers for preparing to get into the water. There should not be instances where teams are socializing around the blocks or sides of the pools.
- Personal belongings must be kept in a bin provided and left on bleachers during training.
Masks
- Must be worn at all times when in the facility.
- Coaches are responsible for ensuring swimmers are wearing masks when they are not in the water (i.e. on the bleachers).
- Masks should be the last thing removed before leaving the bleacher area and the first thing back on when preparing to leave.
